Willow Creek Makeover - Community Lots

After a long absence due to work, I finally have some free time to share some of my creations I have that are sitting around. Because of cats and dogs, I am holding off on any object content sets due to the sheer amount of updating I am expecting will need to be done, but I have plenty of other things I can share. One of those is the community lots I built for Willow Creek. These are some of my absolute favourite community creations and I hope they find good homes to be enjoyed more.

For the download and information, read under the cut:
There are a total of 5 community lots in Willow Creek, and they have all been overhauled, or rebuilt. These were done for personal use primarily, so they do contain a small amount of my own cc. That cc is all maxis addon build content. You could get away without having it, but will need to be replaced once placed in-game. For required packs, check the image for the lot. I have included what packs were used on them. For pictures and info they are as follows:

The Archive (click for pictures)

  • Designed as a Nightclub
  • meets all requirements
  • required CC:
    - No cc required
  • Designed as a central park
  • meets all requirements
  • required CC:
    - No cc required

Recommended General CC:

You can find the lots on the gallery under my origin ID: peacemaker_ic. Be sure to turn on "custom content" filtering in advanced options.

If you don't want to use the gallery, you can download the lots from one of the download links below. Both links go to folders where you download each lot separately.

To install into your game, Extract the archive using WinZIP or WinRAR, then navigate to The Sims 4 folder in My Documents. Find the Tray folder and place ALL of the files you extracted from the archive into it. Open your game and find the home in your library, just as if you dl'd it directly from the gallery. Ensure "include custom content" is active in advanced options if the lot includes cc.

    1. You definitely have "include custom content" checked under advanced filtering options? That is the only thing I can think of that you need to do unless you haven't extracted the tray files before moving it over. Your only other alternative is try and download them from the gallery.

  7. I just got back into playing Sims 4 after a few years off. I always loved your designs, so it was the first site I looked up when I was ready to download CC. I do have a question with one of the links to The Archive lot. The Vast Entry Frame link leads to a blog not found page. Can the CC be found somewhere else?

    1. Hi! I discontinued those very early items as I no longer used them. The arches included with Lofte Living are almost the same and a great substitute.
